Chocolate Crunch Bars
Yield: 16 bars
Ingredients:
- 3 cups seeds/chopped nuts (Pepita, sunflower seeds, chopped almonds, shredded coconut)
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips or chopped chocolate bar
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
Directions:

Line an 8 x 8-inch dish with parchment paper.
- Melt almond butter, maple syrup and coconut oil.
- Combine with seed/nuts.
- Pour the chocolate/almond butter mixture over the dry mixture and mix until combined.
- Pour into baking dish and refrigerate until firm.
